Obituary

Judy A. (King) Untied passed away Sunday morning, July 6, 2025 at The Oaks at Northpointe in Zanesville, Ohio.

Born October 20, 1941 in Newark, Ohio, Judy was a daughter of the late Earl Granvil and Ada F. (Nethers) King.  After raising her children, she worked as a nail technician in Zanesville salons and later for the Longaberger Company. Judy was a devoted mother, grandmother, wife and friend.

Surviving is her daughter, Lori (Doug) Lewellen of Nashport; two sons, Scott (SueAnn) Untied of Kingsland, Texas and Wes (Cathy) Untied of Granville; five grandchildren, Oshann Lewellen, Shania (Jared Gonder) Lewellen, Elizabeth (James) Warvel, Alexandra (Travis) Brush, and Vince Untied; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Jim (Judy) King of Nashport and Gary (Bonnie) King of North Carolina; sister, Linda (Steve) Lacy of Dresden; brother in-law, Gary Untied; a special niece, Mandy Lacy and many other nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley M. Untied whom she married September 27, 1958 and who died March 9, 2020; a son, Greg Untied; two brothers, Chick King and Gene King and a brother in-law, Don Untied.

Per Judy's request, there will be no public services. Her remains will be interred with her husband and son at a later date in Irville Cemetery.
