Judy Lynn Morgan, 81, of Perryton, Ohio died early Wednesday morning, November 12, 2025 at Arlington Care Center in Newark, Ohio.
Born April 22, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Howard A. and Kathryn M. (Dailey) Lloyd and a 1962 graduate of Newark High School. She graduated from Nationwide Beauty Academy. Judy was a member of Perryton Church of Christ for over 50 years and a member of Fallsburg Homemakers. Judy enjoyed decorating and quilting and senior citizen bus trips. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband and family, especially to beaches, Lake Erie, and Niagara Falls. Judy took pride in caring for others in her community. She would often take friends and neighbors to doctor appointments or visit them in a nursing home. Judy loved the Lord and her family, she adored her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her loving spirit will be remembered forever.
Surviving is her husband of 62 years, William "Bill" Morgan whom she married September 7, 1963; son, Darren (Nia) Morgan of Powell, Ohio; daughter, Amanda (Chris) Van Sickle of Heath, Ohio; three grandchildren, Alexandra, Kendra, and Mitchell Morgan; sister in-law, Debbie Lloyd; former daughter in-law, Andrea Morgan; niece, Lori Dorsey; nephews, Greg (Deb)Morgan, Matt (Randa)Lloyd, and Tim (Amanda) Lloyd; her feline companion, Curly and several cousins and special friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kirk Lloyd who died in March of this year.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Arlington Care Center and the workers from Bellacare Hospice for the loving care they provided Judy over the last year and a half.
Friends and family may visit from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the funeral home with Minister Stan Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow in Perryton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
