FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Judy M. Miller, 62, of Frazeysburg, Ohio, will be at 1:30pm Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at The Old Country Church, 101 South Fifth Street, Newark, Ohio with Pastor Irene Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery. Mrs. Miller went home to be with her Lord Friday afternoon, October 1, 2004 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, Newark. Born August 20, 1942 in Nashport, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert M. and Esther M. (Bohr) Hewitt and was a member of The Old Country Church of Newark. Mrs. Miller was employed as a home health technician with Consumer Support Services, Inc. of Newark. Surviving is one son, Robert Dale (Lori) Miller of Warsaw, Ohio; four daughters, Brenda Miller of St. Louisville, Ohio, Tina (Greg) Lewis of Nashport, Marcia (Paul) Stickdorn and Nicole (Barry) Garvin, both of Frazeysburg; four brothers, Robert (Veronica) Hewitt, Ronnie (Judith) Hewitt and Ricky Hewitt, all of Newark and Gerald (Sandy) Hewitt of Frazeysburg; two sisters, Shelba (Marvin) Anderson of St. Louisville and Vickie (James) Shepler of Frazeysburg; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Richard Miller, whom she married June 21, 1961 and who died December 11, 1979; two brothers, Ralph and Mike Hewitt and one sister, Dixie Hewitt. Calling hours will be 3 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm Monday, October 4, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 Third Street, Frazeysburg and one hour prior to the service at The Old Country Church, 101 South Fifth Street, Newark.
