FRAZEYSBURG ? Judy A. Ashcraft, 70, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Monday evening, March 23, 2009 at Arlington Health Care Center in Newark. Born May 20, 1938 in Licking County near Frazeysburg, she was the daughter of the late Dwight and Nelle (Robinson) Moran and was a graduate of Union High School. Mrs. Ashcraft was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Church; a member of Coshocton Chapter #157 Order of Eastern Star and was Past District Deputy Grand Matron. She was also a member of the Flint Ridge Explorers Club, the Red Hat Society and Fallsburg Homemakers Club. Surviving is her husband, James C. Ashcraft, whom she married July 7, 1956; one son and daughter in-law, Steven J. and Billie Ashcraft of Ocean City, Maryland; one daughter and son in-law, Shelley L. and Bo Albin of Pataskala, Ohio; four grandchildren, Joshua (Heather) Ashcraft, Seth (Taylor) Ashcraft, Kaylee Ashcraft and Cassandra Albin; two great grand children, Brooklyn Ashcraft and Seth Ashcraft and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Gilkes and Ila Chaney. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm Thursday, March 26, 2009 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street. Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, March 27, 2009 at the funeral home with Pastor Karl Hoffman officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
