A funeral service for Judson S. Ruble, Jr., 62, of Pataskala, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday February 23, 2007 at the Heath Church of Christ, 1331 Chapel Way, Heath, with Dave Mason officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirkersville Cemetery. Mr. Ruble died unexpectedly Saturday February 17, 2007 at the James Cancer Center. He was born June 9, 1944 near Carroll, Ohio. Mr. Ruble was a 1962 graduate of Watkins Memorial High School and had worked over 36 years at Owens-Corning Fiberglas retiring in June of 1999. He had been active in the Newark Grange #1004 and had served as Master. Mr. Ruble enjoyed collecting and restoring Cockshutt farm machinery and was a member of the Central Ohio Tug Pullers Association, as well as the Licking Co., Muskingum Co., and Washington Co. Tug Pullers Associations. He was also an active member of the Heath Church of Christ. Mr. Ruble is survived by his mother, Mrs. Judson S. Ruble Sr. (Marcella) of Granville; his wife, Barbara L. Noland-Ruble; a son, J. Steven (Natalie) Ruble of Reynoldsburg; a daughter, Hannah (Max) Randall of Perth, Australia; step children, James A. (Brenda) Noland of New Concord, Barbara E. (Gary Balser) Noland of Powell; a sister, Nancy (Joe) Lofink of Hebron; grandchildren, Dakotah Noland, Bethany Randall, Morgan Noland, Samuel Randall, Abigail Ruble, Madeleine Randall, Elizabeth Ruble, Lacie Noland, Joel Randall; a nephew, Scott (Beth) Walters of Hebron and a great nephew Joshua Walters. He was preceded in death by his father, Judson Starling Ruble, Sr. in 1983 and his first wife, Harriet Frances ?Fran? (Willoughby) Ruble in 1998.
