A memorial service for Joyce Jean Jungling, 64 of Utica will be held Friday evening at 7 p.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home 1850 West Main Street. Mrs. Jungling died Sunday May 3, 2009 at the Utica Care Center. She was born July 29, 1944 in Clay Twp., Knox County to the late Ronald and Florence (Courson) DeVore. She is survived by two daughters, Tina Hoffman of Johnstown, Angela Jungling of Granville, sisters, Sandra (Ernald) Shoults of Bladensburg, Shirley (David) Spencer of Rainelle, W. Va.; grandson, Jacob Hoffman; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank Jungling whom died December 12, 1984 and two brothers, Jerry DeVore, Terry DeVore. Mrs. Jungling enjoyed crocheting, fishing, bingo and visiting with people. She was a former employee at Edmont Wilson in Mt. Vernon.
