John R. Lacy, 57, of Frazeysburg died Thursday June 9, 2011 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital.
Mr. Lacy was born February 11, 1954 in Zanesville.
Surviving are his father, Kenneth "Bud" Lacy and his wife June, of Dresden; a brother, Steve Lacy of Dresden; a sister, Jeanette Cody and her husband Roger of Frazeysburg and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise (Lewis) Lacy; a brother, Allen Lacy and a nephew Ryan Hamilton.
Private family services will be held and Mr. Lacy's ashes will be scattered at his farm.
