NEWARK ? A funeral service celebrating the life of Jerry L. Negele, 56 of Heath will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009 in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Bruce Hissong, officiating. Burial will be in Kirkersville Cemetery. Jerry passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born November 30, 1952 in Newark to the late Charles Negele and Lulu (Cramer) Negele of Newark. He graduated from Lakewood High School in 1970 and was employed by Resinoid Engineering. Life for Jerry revolved around family and friends. He never turned down anyone who needed a hand and was a generous, helpful, all around great person! He enjoyed fishing and shooting pool. In addition to his mother, Jerry is survived by his two sons, Shane (Jennifer) Negele of Newark, and Ryan (Liz) Negele of Baltimore; a brother, Martin (Patty) Negele of Newark; two grandchildren, Madison and Garyn, and a granddaughter on the way. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother David Negele. Friends and family may visit 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2009 at Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 W. Main Street, Newark.
