Jeffrey A. Hawk, 42, of Dresden, Ohio died Saturday morning, December 15, 2018 at his home.

Born December 18, 1975 in Zanesville, Ohio he was a son of Neal A. "Jim" Hawk and the late Barbara "Jean" (Brunt) Hawk. Jeffrey was a 1994 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and was a truck driver for NFI Transportation.  He was an avid collector of guns and Jeeps.

Surviving are four sons, Jake Hawk of Zanesville, Adam Hawk of Coshocton, Jeffrey Hawk, Jr. and Jared Hawk, both of Newark, Ohio; two daughters, Stevie Darner and Barbie Hawk, both of Newark; two grandchildren, Ryan Hawk and Angel Hawk; two brothers, Michael (Tammy) Hawk of Frazeysburg and Robert (Jennifer) Hawk of Loudonville, Ohio; one sister, Kimberly (Rick) Prince of Dresden and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving is his best friend, Joe Untied of Austin, Texas.

Memorial services will be at 1:00pm Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street with Rev. Richard Purvis officiating.
