Jeffery Wade Lewis, 50, of Nashport, died on Tuesday evening, February 16, 2021 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Born October 17, 1970 in Zanesville, he was a son of the late James and Marylou (Tilton) Lewis.  Jeff was a 1989 graduate from Tri-Valley High School and worked for J & B Lawn Service.  He loved hanging out with friends and family, playing pool and singing karaoke. Jeff also enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Surviving is his wife of 31 years, Tammy (Grandstaff) Lewis whom he married November 24, 1989; five children, Brittany, Tiffany, Whittany, Skyler and Makena Lewis; five granddaughters, Jaycie Mooney, Rylee and Kynlee Dovenbarger, Peyton Lindgren, and Karslynn Coles; three brothers, James Lewis, Joseph (Teresa) Lewis and Jerry (Brandi) Lewis all of Dresden; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Lewis.
