Jeffery A. Doyle, Sr., 46, of Newark, Ohio died Sunday afternoon, September 11, 2011 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room after a sudden illness.
Born October 28, 1964 in Zanesville, Ohio he is the son of Gary A. and Donna L. (Bishop) Doyle of Nashport and he was a 1982 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He also attended COTC for two years and was employed as a machinist with Newark Production Machining. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed riding four-wheelers and skeet shooting.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Barbara L. (Bradshaw) Doyle whom he married March 16, 1996; six sons, Micheal A. (Mandie) Doyle, Sr. of Nashport, Jason P. (Heather) Doyle of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Jeffery A. ( Christina) Doyle, Jr. of Zanesville, Joseph (Caila) Grether of Zanesville, Matt Grether and Christopher Grether, both of Spencer, West Virginia; one daughter, Jennifer Lynn (Cody) Knox of Zanesville; four grandchildren, Micheal A. Doyle, Jr., Cadie Hoops, Rilley Hoops and Bella Doyle. Also surviving are two sisters, Sharon (Rodney) Spaulding of Newark and Cindy (Bob) Bollinger of Frazeysburg; his maternal grandmother, Mary Bishop Dowell of Nashport; special friends, Jamie, Amy and Adyen Konkler; several nieces and nephews, and his dog, "Kaiser".
Calling hours will be 4 to 8pm Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday, September 16, 2011 at the funeral home with Mr. Bill Jones officiating. Burial will be in Beulah Cemetery.
