Jefferey W. Sensabaugh, 76, of Dresden, Ohio died Friday afternoon, January 19, 2018 at the home of his daughter, Amy Hupp, in Coshocton, Ohio.

Born July 29, 1941 in Newark, Ohio he was a son of the late Frederick and Mary Ellen (Hoy) Sensabaugh and was a 1959 graduate of Dresden Jefferson High School. Following high school he proudly served our country as a member of the United States Air Force. Mr. Sensabaugh retired in 2005 from the Holophane Company of Newark. He was a member and former president of the IBEW Union Local 1853 at Holophane.

Surviving are four daughters, Amy (Edward) Hupp of Coshocton, Dara (Scott) Wagner of Dresden, Dedra (Scott) Sines of Dallastown, Pennsylvania and Kelley (Steve) Frye of Coshocton; thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Also surviving is one brother Aaron (Linda) Sensabaugh of Frazeysburg, a sister in-law, Gloria Sensabaugh of Adamsville; several nieces and nephews and his constant companion, his dog "Daisy".

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 43 years, Janice E. (Appis) Sensabaugh, whom he married September 4, 1964 and who died August 1, 2007 and a brother, Virgil Sensabaugh.

Calling hours will be 5pm to 8pm Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor James Miller officiating. Burial will be in Fairfield Cemetery in West Lafayette, Ohio.
