Jason Anthony Moore, 41, of Dresden, Ohio died Monday morning, July 31, 2017 in Zanesville, Ohio.
Born June 11, 1976 in Anchorage, Alaska, he is the son of Larry L. Moore, Sr. of Canton, Ohio and Sara J. (Craddock) Moore of Dresden. Jason was a 1995 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and a 1999 graduate of Akron University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance Management. He was employed through the I.B.E.W. Union as an electrician. He is a member of the Dresden United Methodist Church and was active as a Prayer Partner for Kids Hope USA. He had a great love for the Lord and reading the Bible. He also enjoyed fishing with his boys, gardening and he had a great interest in solar energy.
Surviving in addition to his parents is his wife, Jennifer L. (Smith) Moore; two sons, Jakob Anthony Moore and Joul Robert Moore; two brothers, Larry Lee (Mandy) Moore, Jr. of Loudonville, Ohio and Jeric Moore, serving in the U. S. Air Force; a great aunt, Grace Newlun of Coshocton, Ohio and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Also surviving is his best friend, his dog "Karma".
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dale and Cora Craddock; his paternal grandparents, Warfield and Mary Moore; an uncle, Gene William Craddock and two cousins, Almasi Moore and Malik Moore.
There will be no calling hours.
Memorial services will be 1:00pm Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Dresden United Methodist Church, 1014 Main Street, with Pastor Richard Purvis officiating.
