A memorial service for Janet J. Dove, 80 of Newark will be held Thursday January 11, 1007 at Cox United Methodist Church, 50 S. 30th Street at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Bob Long officiating. Mrs. Dove died Monday January 8, 2007 at the LPN Health Care Facility. She was born November 4, 1926 in Johnstown, Ohio to the late Ross and Edna (Dauge) Johnson.Mrs. Dove was a homemaker and attended Cox United Methodist Church. Survivors include three grandchildren, Kelly (Art) Norman, Brian Dove, Ami Dove all of Newark; two great-grandchildren, Krystal and Garry Norman; sister, Roseland Pemberton of Heath; brother, Russell (Sara) Johnson of Newark. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Dove who died on April 18, 1991; son, Garry Dove; daughter, Doreen Dove; two brothers, Roy Johnson, Teedle Johnson and a sister, Betty Riccardo. The family will receive friends Thursday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the church 50 S. 30th Street.
