FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Jane L. Stevens, 91, of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Perryton, Ohio will be at 1:00pm Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the Perryton Church of Christ. Burial will be in Perryton Cemetery. Mrs. Stevens died Sunday afternoon, June 29, 2008 at Sunrise-Brighton Gardens in Colorado Springs. Born August 23, 1916 in Licking County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Clay and Anna (Mikesell) Crouch. Mrs. Stevens was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Colorado Springs and had worked as a Receptionist with the Convention Bureau of Colorado Springs for over twenty-years. Surviving is her husband of 60 years, Bernard H. Stevens, whom she married July 22, 1947; one son Bradley (Roslyne) Stevens of Frazeysburg, Ohio; one daughter, Sylvia Stevens of London, England; five grandchildren, Brooke, Liette, Wade, Kyle and Ben; two great grandchildren, Charlie and Max; and two sisters, Virginia Ewan of Zanesville, Ohio and Jean McDonald of Heath, Ohio. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Crouch. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the church. Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home of Frazeysburg, Ohio is assisting the Stevens family.
