A private graveside service will be held for James J. Jacobs, 54 of Newark. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.Mr. Jacobs died Friday February 13, 2009. He was born January 16, 1955 in Newark, Ohio to the late Richard and Madeline (Blizzard) Jacobs.Mr. Jacobs has been employed for over 10 years with the Yellow Freight Truck Lines. He was a former over the road truck driver. He enjoyed outdoor activities including boating, camping and motorcycling.He is survived by his son, Anthony D. Jacobs of Granville; sister, Joanne (Rod) Guisinger of Newark; brother, Jack (Brenda) Jacobs of Newark; several nieces and nephews.No calling hours will be observed.The family requests contributions to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Road SE, P.O.
