Obituary

James M. Angelo, 59, of Trinway, died at 12:30PM Saturday August 20, 2005 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Angelo was born June 26, 1946 in Zanesville, a son of the late Felix Angelo, Sr. and Margaret (Balog) Angelo of Zanesville. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam Era and had served in Korea. Mr. Angelo had worked at Ohio Ferro Alloy, Brockway Glass and was employed at Colgate-Palmolive in Cambridge. He was an avid booster of the Tri-Valley soccer program and attended the Prospect U. Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Debbie (Williams) Angelo; a son Bryce James (B.J.) Angelo of the home, daughter, Lynette (Almahdi) Young of Mays Landing, NJ, three grandchildren, Ian Young, Almahdi Young, Jr., Kareem Young, brothers, Dave (Tammie) Angelo, Jerry (Sherry) Angelo, Sr., Felix (Bonnie) Angelo, Jr., two sisters, Elaine (Gene) Edgell, Sue (Ron) Holstein all of Zanesville, an aunt, Nellie Balog and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother John Angelo, Sr., and an infant brother, Robert Allen Angelo. Friends may call from 4-8PM Tuesday August 23, 2005 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, where services will be held at 11AM Wednesday with Pastor Sharon Williamson officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Rd., Newark, OH 43055.
