Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Monday, August 30, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home for Jacob Thomas Dale Trusler, infant son of Joshua and Sara (Giles) Trusler of Frazeysburg. The Rev. Roger Nichols will officiate and burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery. Jacob died Thursday evening, August 26, 2004 at Licking Memorial Hospital shortly after his birth. Surviving in addition to his parents are his paternal grandparents, Jo and Phil Painter and Thomas Trusler, all of Frazeysburg; maternal grandfather, Rodney Giles of St. Louisville, Ohio; paternal great grandmother, Eva Trusler of Newark; maternal great grandparents, Norris and Glenna Giles of St. Louisville and Shirley and Ina Hellms of West Virginia; paternal great great grandparents, Paul and Theda Herbert of Frazeysburg; aunts and uncles, Rodney Giles, Jr. and Arthur Giles both of St. Louisville, Wendy Trusler and Jason Trusler, both of Newark; cousins Tylynn Shaner and Mia Trusler and very close family friends, Thomas Grayley and Larissa Lipps, both of Nashport, Ohio.
