Obituary

Jack E. Warrington, Jr. 79 of Granville passed away on December 30, 2022 at his residence.

He was born September 14, 1943 in Newark, OH to Jack E. Warrington, Sr. and Helen (Buckingham) English.

Jack was retired as an engineer at Western Electric and later was employed by the Columbus Detective Agency. He was a graduate of Watkins Memorial High School. He had also served in the Ohio National Guard. He was a member of the masonic lodge. He enjoyed motorcycles, guns and his dogs.

Survivors include his wife, Anita (Woodyard) Warrington of Newark; son, Jason Warrington of Cleveland; grandsons, Alex and Evan Warrington; step-granddaughters, Jaimie (Shawn) Williams, Jessica (Shane Eskins) Maxfield, step-great-granddaughter, Journey Williams; sisters, Cinda (Larry) Browning of AZ, Patricia (Kenneth) Lightle of Centerburg, Stephanie Warrington Leinenbach of Washington Court House; brother, Richard Knisley of Washington Court House; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to his caretaker, Beth Carl.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Shelly Maxfield.

It was his wishes to not have public services.
