Funeral services for Irene V. Kozak, 68 of Newark will be held Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Sunkel officiating. Mrs. Kozak died Tuesday Oct. 25, 2005 at home surrounded by her family. She was born August 8, 1937 in Grosse Point Farms, Michigan to the late Grover and Clara Louise (Hirzler) Harrison. Mrs. Kozak a homemaker enjoyed collecting and shopping for antiques. She was a member of Westside Chapel Church of Christ in Christian Union. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Charles T. Kozak, whom she married January 12, 1957; son, Carl Kozak and Fiancee? Cyndi Murphy of Newark; sister, Charlotte (John) Barker of Roseville, Michigan; brothers, William (Florence ?Flo? ) Harrison of Ormond Beach, Florida, David Harrison of Henderson, Nevada; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Tom Harrison and Grover Harrison. Calling hours will be held Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home 1850 West Main Street.
