DRESDEN ? Irene Jacobs, 88, formerly of Dresden, Ohio died Friday evening, August 8, 2008 at Adams Lane Care Center. Born October 16, 1919 in Baltic, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Samuel A. and Pauline A. (Forney) Jacobs and was a member of the Dresden United Methodist Church. Mrs. Jacobs was a retired employee of the Shaw-Barton Company of Coshocton. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald, Harold and Clarence Jacobs. There will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30am Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at Southlawn Cemetery in Coshocton.
