FRAZEYSBURG ? Hazel Elizabeth Moore Kinsey Cohen, 95, of Zanesville, died at 7:00pm Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at the home of her son, Albert Kinsey. She was born April 6, 1912 in Noble County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Allen and Martha (Davis) Moore. Mrs. Cohen was a retired beautician. She is survived by her son, Albert (Jean) Kinsey of Frazeysburg, Ohio; four grandchildren, Vance (Kirsten) Kinsey, Vernon (Jennifer) Kinsey, Von (Carol) Kinsey and Valerie Kinsey; seven great grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeff) Minson, Ryan Kinsey, Seth Kinsey, McKayla Kinsey, Jameson Kinsey, Autumn Kinsey and Breanna Kinsey; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Cline Wesley Kinsey, whom she married June 28, 1933 and who died June 16, 1972; her second husband, Clint Cohen, whom she married July 9, 1981 and who died April, 1989 and her siblings, Earl Moore, Athel Moore, Harry Moore, Edna Ackley and Mary Sullivan. Her eternal soul she gave to the Lord Jesus Christ; her body she donated to the Osteopathic Hospital at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio There will be no calling hours.
