Obituary

Hazel Fern Graves, 96, of Dresden, died Thursday October 26, 2006 at the Muskingum County Home. Mrs. Graves was born October 5, 1910 in Muskingum County, a daughter of the late Edward and Grace Cullins. She was a life long member of the Muskingum Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her children, Richard Max (Sondra) Graves of Nashport, Ruth M. Smith of Zanesville, Judy M. Cody of Dresden, Patricia (William) Metcalf of Dresden, five grandchildren, Keena Davis, Amy (Dennis) Grimes, Lance (Krista) Cody, Ara Graves, Jessica (Don) Wheeler; ten great grandchildren, Tawny Williamson, Tiffany and Darcie Davis, Michael, Corey, Cameron, Coleson Cody, Kyle and Kayden Graves and Dylan Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester C. Graves on October 14, 1989; three brothers, Arthur, Jay and John Cullins; four sisters, Elsie Bishop, Edna Cullins,infant twin sisters, Hester and Esther Cullins and sons-in-law, Larry Cody and Robert Smith. Friends may call 2-6PM Sunday October 29, 2006 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home. A funeral Service will be held Monday at Muskingum Presbyterian Church at 2PM with Dr. James Schumacher officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
