FRAZEYSBURG ? Hazel C. Graham, 90, of 100 South White Woman Street, Coshocton, Ohio, formerly of Frazeysburg, Ohio, died at 8:00am Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at the Coshocton Memorial Hospital, Coshocton, Ohio. Born May 28, 1914 in Pike Township of Coshocton County, she was the daughter of the late James Elmer and Bertha May (Cullison) Graham and was a member of the West Carlisle Rolling Hills Parish Church. Surviving are three nieces, Julia Taisey and Melissa (David) Acheson, both of Dresden, Ohio and Toni (Chris) Treadway of Coshocton; and a sister in-law, Dorotha Graham of Dresden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Coleman Graham. Calling hours will be 6 to 8pm Thursday, July 29, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:30am Friday, July 30, 2004 at the Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Searles officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
