A funeral service for Hazel F. Dunn, 98, formerly of Adamsville Road, will be held at 1PM Monday December 29, 2003 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor William Cronk officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Township Baptist Cemetery. Mrs. Dunn died Friday morning Dec. 26, 2003 at Genesis Extended Care and Rehab. Ctr. She was born November 1, 1905 in Dresden, a daughter of the late Hamilton J. & Mary Ann (Denny) King and was a member of the old Salem Methodist Church in Madison Township and Royal Neighbors of America. Surviving are a son, Roy E. (Mary) Dunn of Newark, a daughter, Jennie Eileen Rasor of Zanesville, sisters, Ruby E. Stoops and Kathryn Denny Ross both of Zanesville, grandchildren, Tamera (Lee) Brown, Zanesville, Christina (Scott) Kirkbride, Zanesville, Timothy (Tricia) Rasor, Zanesville, Jerry (Debbie) Dunn, Stockbridge, MI, Debbie (Burt) Aldred, Zanesville, Deanne Stickle, Marne, step-grandson, Danny (Elizabeth) Kennedy, Cambridge, 15 great grandchildren, a niece, Becky Palmerton, Zanesville, great nieces and nephews, Paula Steele, Donna Hood, Richard Stafford all of Dresden, Diana Hayes, Delores Theison, Kay Williams, Danny Ripple all of Zanesville. Her husband, George Eugene Dunn, who died May 8, 1977, her twin sister, Helen Mae Ripple, a grandson, Donald Roy Dunn, a great granddaughter, son in law, Harold Rasor and daughters in law Louise Dunn and Golda Dunn preceded her in death.
