Obituary

Harold B. ?Bones? Korreckt, 72, of Dresden, died unexpectedly Sunday morning, April 10, 2005 at his home. Mr. Korreckt was born May 26, 1932 in Pulaski County, Indiana a son of the late George Lewis and Amelia Frances (Dennis) Korreckt. He was an expert heavy equipment operator and had worked on crude oil transmission pipelines in the eastern United States and as a pump station manager for Ohio Oil Gathering. Mr. Korreckt was a skilled carpenter and enjoyed investing in real estate by renovating and selling his homes in the Dresden and Frazeysburg areas. He was Roman Catholic by faith and a member of the Eagles.Surviving are two sons, Blaine (Goldia) Korreckt, of Slidell, Louisiana, James W. Jones of Coshocton; one daughter, Vicki (Terry) Stoffel of Huntington, Indiana; five grandchildren, Blake, Whitney and Jonathon Stoffel and Charles and Janet Justus; two sisters, Agnes Lawson of Terre Haute, Indiana and Catherine Pugh of Sebring, Florida.He was preceded in death by a son, Billy Korreckt, two brothers, George and Frank Korreckt, sisters, Teresa Bowen, Frannie Keating. Friends may call 6pm-8pm Wednesday April 13, 2005 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday with Father Jack Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Dresden Cemetery.
