FRAZEYSBURG ? Harold W. Billman, 62, of 116 Billman Lane, Frazeysburg, Ohio, died at 3:00pm Friday, September 27, 2002, at his home. Born June 17, 1940 in Fallsbury Township of Licking County, he was the son of the late Ernest M. and Ocie (Barcus) Billman and was a 1958 graduate of Union High School. Mr. Billman was owner and operator of Harold?s Electric and he was a member of the Coshocton Christian Tabernacle. Surviving is his wife, Nancy L. (Welch) Billman, whom he married October 18, 1959; two sons and daughters in-law, Steve and Penny Billman, and Tim and Bonnie Billman, all of Frazeysburg; two daughters and sons in-law, Debbie and George Roberts, and Tami and Dave Mummey, all of Frazeysburg; one sister, Dorothy Hellie of Thornport, Ohio; eleven grandchildren, Stephen and Angel Billman, James Kilpatrick, Jessica and Jenna Billman, Mandy and Clint Roberts, Ernie, David, Shalynn and Sierra Mummey; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents a brother, Kenneth Billman, preceded him in death. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 9pm Sunday, September 29, 2002 at Vensil-Orr Funeral Home, 110 Third Street, Frazeysburg. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, September 30, 2002 at the funeral home with Pastor Phil Spriggs officiating. Burial will be in Fallsburg Cemetery.
