FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Goldie D. Stevens, 90, of Toboso, Ohio will be 10:00am Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Cole officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery. Mrs. Stevens died Tuesday morning, December 2, 2008 at her home. Born May 4, 1918 in Hanover Township of Licking County, she was the daughter of the late Amos W. and Bertha (Gardner) Lescalleet and was a graduate of Toboso High School. Mrs. Stevens was a homemaker and a member of the Toboso United Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Larry Stevens of Newark, Ohio and Gregory (Margaret) Stevens of Wauseon, Ohio; four grandsons; one great grandson and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert R. Stevens, whom she married December 26, 1939 and who died August 27, 1984; two brothers, Russell and Vernon Lescalleet and five sisters, Dorothy Lescalleet, Grace Lake, Hazel Stettler, Verna Varner and Geraldine Gutridge. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Friday, December 5, 2008 at the funeral home, 110 West Third Street, Frazeysburg.
