A funeral service for Glen F. Copley, 63 of Newark will be held Thursday February 23, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Newark Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 W. Main Street with Brother Roger Cummings officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Forks Cemetery.  Visitation will be observed from 9 am until services at the funeral home.

Mr. Copley passed away at his residence on February 19, 2023. He was born August 10, 1959 in Columbus, OH to the late Glen and Nancy Sue (Edwards) Copley.

He retired from the Columbus office of United States Postal Service with 28 years of service. He was a member of the local union and the Church of God. He enjoyed many outdoor activities including rabbit, deer and mushroom hunting, He especially took pleasure in fishing for small mouth bass in the Licking River.

Survivors include his sons, Kenneth Lee (Ashley) Copley of Findley, OH, Kevin Ronald Copley of Dunkirk, OH; grandchildren, Cole, Elsa, Irie; brother, Robert Copley; sister, Peggy Copley both of Three Rivers, TX; several nieces and nephews.
