Geraldine L. Lacy, 78, of 6505 Frazeysburg Road, Nashport, died at 10:56AM Wednesday October 1, 2003 at Morrison House Hospice. Mrs. Lacy was born February 7, 1925 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late William Henry and Elsie Ferona (Jenkins) Mangin. Surviving is her husband, Harrison J. Lacy, whom she married March 8, 1943; one daughter, Connie (Doug) Strohl of Junction City; two grandchildren Aaron Hamilton and Shawn Strohl, one great grandson, Hayden Douglas Strohl; her sister, Clarabelle (Topsy) Burkhard of Zanesville, her brother, Glenn Mangin of East Fultonham. An infant son, James Edward Lacy preceded her in death. Friends may call 2-4PM & 7-9PM Friday October 3, 2003 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, where services will be held on Saturday at noon with Pastor Dale McCallister and Pastor Tim Patton officiating.
