George ?Junior? Crawley, 76, of Zanesville, formerly of Alabama, died unexpectedly Friday March 28, 2008 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. Mr. Crawley was born August 12, 1931 in Coffee County, Alabama, a son of the late George W. and Vera Mae (Tidwell) Crawley. He had farmed most of his life and attended the Apostolic Church. Surviving are his wife, Martha R. (Swain) Crawley, whom he married August 13, 1992; sons, Donnie (Trudy) Crawley of Zanesville, Ronnie G. Crawley of Alabama,; step daughter Ruby Jane Cochran of Bowling Green, Florida; sisters, Kathleen Flemming, Lois Blue, Gladys Crawley all of Alabama, three grandsons, Johnny Crawley, Tommy Crawley, Jeffery Crawley; five step-grandchildren, Shawn Lovejoy, Justin Lovejoy and Christopher, Erin and Mathew Cochran, four great-great grandchildren, Alexa, Blake, Trevor and Justin; a nephew, Austin Hudson and niece Margaret Price, both of Alabama. He was preceded in death by his former wife, Dorothy Crawley and a brother Roger Crawley. Friends may call 11AM-1PM Tuesday April 1, 2008 at the Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home in Dresden, where services will be held at 1PM with Elder Nathan McDonald officiating.
