Obituary

Gary L. Every, 74, of Nashport, Ohio died Wednesday morning, May 13, 2015 at The Oaks at Bethesda in Zanesville.
Born September 30, 1940 in Columbus, Ohio he was the son of the late Francis and Ellen (Cooper) Every. He was a 1958 graduate of Linden-McKinley High School, he served in the Air National Guard and was a graduate of the Ohio Peace Officers Training School. He retired in 2000 from Dillon State Park where he had served as Park Manager for 30 years. Gary was a member of the Nashport United Methodist Church, a member and former District Director of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association; member and Past Master of Irville Lodge #184 F. & A. M.; former member and Past Patron of Treasure Chapter, Order of Eastern Star and a member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Cambridge. He was also a former advisory board member at MATC and he announced football and basketball games at Tri-Valley High School for 15 years.
Surviving is his wife Mary Lou (Cline) Every whom he married July 15, 1960; two sons, Jerry (Joyce) Every of Nashport and Terry (Suzy) Every of Zanesville; six grandchildren, Joshua (Chelsea) Every, Jerren Every, Brandon (Leslie) Every, Amber Every and her special friend, Shane, Kevin and Austin Every; three great grandchildren, James, Keegan and Rosalie Every.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Sunday, May 17, 2015 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street. Irville Lodge will conduct Masonic services at 8pm Sunday, following calling hours.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, May 18, 2015 at the funeral home with Rev. Greg Inboden and Mr. Ron Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Irville Cemetery.
