Francis E. Conway, 72, of Dresden, died unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon February 20, 2008 in the Genesis Good Samaritan Emergency Room following an apparent heart attack. Mrs. Conway was born December 11, 1935 in Columbus, a daughter of the late Ralph R. Ludwig, Sr. and Hazel (Bailey) Ludwig. She was a Quality Assurance supervisor at The Longaberger Company and was a member of the Meadow View Church of Christ. Mrs. Conway was devoted to her family and enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren and watching and feeding deer at her home. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, David T. Conway, Sr.; children, Colleen (Brian) Mayle of Frazeysburg, Patrick Conway of Wills Creek, David (Rose) Conway, Jr. of Dresden, Collette (Ronald) Martin of Dresden, Daniel Conway of Zanesville; ten grandchildren, Angie Weaton, Cristina Roberts, Marlene Parker, Kyle Conway, Annie Conway, Shannon Conway, Heather Conway, Travis Martin, Lexie Conway, Gage Conway; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Darlene (Raymond) Globe of Cookeville, TN and her beloved dogs, Turkey and Tiffany. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph Robert Ludwig, Jr., Thomas William Ludwig, and Eugene Roger Ludwig.
