FRAZEYSBURG ? Evelyn Stockton McElfresh, 68, of 13300 Mt. Zion Road, Frazeysburg, Ohio, died at 8:30pm Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio. Born June 28, 1934 in Wichita Falls, Texas, she was the daughter of the late John and Elsie (Huckabaa) Stockton and was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Raymond C. McElfresh, whom she married May 11, 1957; two sons, John A. McElfresh of Newark, Ohio, and Carlos D. (Susan) McElfresh of Frazeysburg; one daughter, Alice M. (Lyndon) Adkins of Frazeysburg; five grandchildren; and one great grandson. In addition to her parents, a son Bart McElfresh preceded her in death on September 30, 1974. At the request of the deceased, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home of Frazeysburg is in charge of arrangements.
