Eva J. Jones, 81 of Heath passed away peacefully Thursday, January 23, 2025 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio.  She was surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Jones was born November 28, 1943 in Onego, West Virginia to the late Omer and Eva (Vance) Turner.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a friend to many.

Survivors include her children, Tamra Flowers (Keith Williams, Jr.) and Todd (LaShona) Jones , all of Newark; grandchildren, Matthew (Jillian) Flowers, Tyler (Annie) Flowers, Connor (Taylor) Tigner,  Lauren (Caleb) Nipper, Noah Jones, Ponie Offenbaker, Nathan (Kayla) Hoffman; great grandchildren, Leland, Maggie, Josiah, Ivan, Carson, Ashton, Bennett, Cameron, Savanah, Mariah, Kaden, Matthew, Zoey, Bentley, Ava, Coleson and Jace; sisters in-law, Linda Turner and Phyllis McCullough; special friends, Mike Hoffman and Sondra Hoffman; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by a daughter, Trina Jo Jones-Smith; three brothers, John, Charles and Paul Turner; and two sisters, Marie (John) Goodwin and Grace (Bill) Fish.

A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2025 at Newark Memorial Gardens.
