Eunice I. Emerson, 80, of Adamsville, died at 11:30PM Sunday November 27, 2005 at Autumn Healthcare following several years illness. Mrs. Emerson was born October 10, 1925 in Woodward County, OK, a daughter of the late Ancil and Lula (Llewelyn) Carter. She had worked at Mosaic Tile, retired from McGraw-Edison and then enjoyed working with her friends at the ODC Nursing Home. A member of the Adamsville U. Methodist Church, Mrs. Emerson was a paramedic with the Adamsville Community Fire Department and operated ?Base 20? from her home. Surviving are her children, Cheryl Hart of Hebron, Gary (Barb) Emerson of Dresden, Thomas (Kathy) Emerson of Adamsville, Tina (Bill) Binkley of Adamsville, foster daughter, Iona (Don) Dolick of Coshocton, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, a brother Harold (Jane) Carter of Virginia, a dear cousin, Calvin Morgan of Chicago, IL and her many friends at Autumn Healthcare. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Emerson on March 15, 1988 and a daughter, Carol Birkhimer. Friends may call 4-7PM Wednesday November 30, 2005 at the Adamsville Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, where services will be held at 1PM Thursday with Rev. Don Dolick officiating.
