A memorial service for Eric Lee Anderson, 22 of Newark will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday January 28, 2008 at the Etna United Methodist Church, 500 Pike Street, SW., Pataskala, with Pastor Tim Burden and Pastor Chip Koch officiating. Eric died unexpectedly Thursday January 24, 2008 at his home. He was born February 7, 1985 to Lester C. and Sandra L. (Dickerson) Anderson of Millersport. He was a graduate of Watkins Memorial High School and attended The Ohio State University, Newark. He was an avid scuba diver, motorcycle enthusiast and he enjoyed snowboarding. He will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fraternal grandmother Clarice Anderson of Harrison; a brother Aron (Julie) Anderson of Huntley, Ill.; a nephew, Luke Anderson; and a niece, Paige Anderson. Memorial contributions may be made to Moundbuilders Guidance Center, 65 Messimer Drive, Newark. Envelopes will be available at the church. The Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 W. Main Street, has been entrusted with arrangements.
