Elma A. Graham, 96, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Tuesday morning, April 8, 2014 at Genesis Morrison House Hospice in Zanesville, Ohio.

Born April 3, 1918 in Fallsbury Township of Licking County, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Everett and Inez (Ashcraft) Mizer and was a 1936 graduate of West Carlisle High School. Mrs. Graham was a homemaker and a life member of Mt. Pleasant Christian Church and a 70 year plus member of the Ladies Missionary Society. In later years she attended Perry Chapel Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, crocheting, knitting and gardening and she loved to take pictures of sunrises and sunsets.

Surviving is one son and daughter in-law, Don and Deb Graham of Zanesville; one daughter and son in-law, Pamela and Robert Moore of Nashport, Ohio; six grandchildren, Amanda (Monty) Johnson, Vanessa (Jason) Foster, Andrew (Leachelle) Moore, Emily Moore, Michelle (Jeremy) Valentine and Melissa (Roderic) McKim; ten great grandchildren and a sister, Adabelle McQueen of Frazeysburg.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 60 years, George H. Graham whom she married May 12, 1938 and who died April 22, 1998 and a son, Myron Graham.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday, April 11, 2014 at the funeral home with Pastor David Fowls officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
