Eleanor June Robison, 87, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Monday morning September 28, 2015 at Flint Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Newark, Ohio.
Born June 10, 1928 in Toboso, Ohio she was a daughter of the late David Vernon and Velva Viola (Victor) Sidle and was a 1946 graduate of Hanover-Toboso High School. Mrs. Robison was Christian by faith. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, flowers, animals and decorating her home.
Surviving are two sons, Dennis R. Robison and Jeff J. (Jane) Robison, both of Frazeysburg; one daughter, Kathy M. (Bill) Sterling of Frazeysburg; seven grandchildren, Kyle Robison, Lindsey Robison, Todd (Erika) Sterling, Aarica (Andrew) Attix, Autumn (Christopher) Naff, Andrea (Justin) Reilly and Austin Robison; eight great grandchildren, London and Easton Sterling, Scarlett, Lydia and Aliyah Naff, James, Jaxon and Jaret Reilly and two great grandchildren on the way. Also surviving are two brothers, Kenny (Evelyn) Sidle of Hanover and Wayne (Myrna) Sidle of Toboso; three sisters, Mildred McKenzie of Newark, Marjorie Schmitt of Toboso and Verna (Carl Dean) Smith of Toboso and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert R. Robison whom she married September 9, 1951 and who died June 25, 1980 and three brothers, Roy, Dale and Chester Sidle.
Calling hours will be 5pm to 8pm Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 10:00am Monday, October 5, 2015 at the funeral home with the Rev. Bill Jones officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson Disease Foundation, Alzheimer's Association or Generation Hospice of Newark.
