Dwayne E. Miller, 68, of Dresden, died unexpectedly Sunday Nov. 26, 2006 in the Genesis Good Samaritan ER. Mr. Miller was born August 10, 1938 in Glouster, a son of the late Harold and Eva (Maxwell) Miller. Growing up in the West Lafayette area he attended the West Lafayette Methodist church in his childhood and after high school joined the US Navy and served from 1956-1959. In 1960, he married and moved to Dresden working at the St. Regis Paper Mill for many years, Clow Water Systems, Borden Co. and the Longaberger Company. He was a 33 year member of the Dresden Fire Department, joining in 1966. Surviving are his wife, Gayle Miller, whom he married April 9, 1960, a son Chris (Crystal) Miller of Nashport, a daughter, Roxanne (Bill) Potter of Coshocton, a grandchild, Kenzie Potter; two sisters, Jackie (Mike) Johnson of Coshocton, Debbie (Dan) Moody of Coshocton. At Mr. Miller?s request cremation has been observed and a service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dresden Police Cruiser Fund, P.O.
