Obituary
Donna L. Wesley, 63, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Sunday morning, June 19, 2016 at James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Born August 3, 1952 in Buchanan, West Virginia she was a daughter of the late Leo and Anna Ruth (Norman) Caynor and was a 1970 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. She was a homemaker and a retired administrative assistant from the Longaberger Company where she had 20 years of service. Donna was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Dresden and she attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coshocton, Ohio. She was also a life member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and was a former 4-H advisor for Moo's & Shoes 4-H Club. She enjoyed boating, especially at Lake Cumberland, crocheting, flower gardening and mowing grass.
Surviving is her loving husband of 45 years, James M. Wesley whom she married June 12, 1971; three daughters, Jaime (Brian Tigner) of Dresden, Brenda Wesley of La Plata, Maryland and Barbara (Chris) Richards of Dresden; one son, David (Flo Neff) Wesley of Zanesville, Ohio; three grandchildren, Mackenzie Starcher, Wyatt Lane and Zackary Richards; three sisters, Sandi (Terry) Smith and Sue (Jeff) Moody, both of Dresden and Carol Caynor of Zanesville; three brothers, Gaylen (Cathy) Caynor of Adams Mills, Ohio, Mark Caynor of Dresden and Timothy "Speedy" Caynor of Dresden; her mother in-law, Francis Wesley of Blacklick, Ohio and several nieces and nephews and many friends. Also surviving is her loving dog, "Snoopy" and her "granddog", "Sophie".
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her father in-law, Louis J. Wesley and a sister in-law, Gail Caynor.
Calling hours will be 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street. Christian Wake services will be at 8pm, following calling hours.
Funeral Mass will be concelebrated by Father Donald Franks and Father William Hritsko at 10:30am Thursday, June 23, 2016 at St. Ann Catholic Church, 405 Chestnut Street, Dresden with. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center, 1145 Olentangy River Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43212.
