FRAZEYSBURG ? Donna B. Pletcher, 85, of Zanesville, Ohio died Tuesday afternoon, May 19, 2009 at Genesis Extended Care & Rehab. Center where she had resided for nearly three years. Born March 8, 1924 in Kenmore, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Gale and Goldie (Tracey) Benadum and was a homemaker. Mrs. Pletcher was an avid animal lover and she enjoyed playing ?Scrabble? and ?500?. She will be greatly missed by her many friends at Genesis Extended Care & Rehab., both residents and staff, and by her loving family which includes her daughter and son in-law, Sharon and Jerry Sparks of Nashport; four grandchildren, Dawni (Charles) Graham of Frazeysburg, Terry (Esra) Sparks of Turkey, Sheri (Richard) Lacy of Dresden and Kevin (Jayne) Sparks of Nashport; ten great grandchildren, Amanda Ball, Kelly Graham, Morgan Guthrie, Adam, Joel and Emre Sparks, Logan and Cale Lacy, Amber Miller and Alex Sparks; and one great great grandchild, Luke Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence L. Pletcher, a brother, Miles Benadum and a sister, Bonnie Roman. There will be no calling hours. Dr. James A. Schumacher will conduct graveside funeral services at 11:00am Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Irville Cemetery, located on Creamery Road at State Route 146.
