Donaven Meikel Jobe Wise, 28, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Thursday night, May 30, 2024 at The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, Kansas.
Born September 12, 1995 in Zanesville, Ohio he was the son of the late Meikel Wise and late Angie Wise-Mowrer of Frazeysburg. Donaven was recently baptized and in the processes of trying to better his life with the help of Jarrod Rognon who was like a brother to Donaven. One of Donaven's greatest accomplishments in life was his 7-year-old son Hendrix Meikel Wise who carries on the Wise family name. Donaven was able to do a beautiful thing at the end of his life and donate his kidneys saving two lives. Donaven will be reunited with his parents, late infant son who was the twin to Hendrix as well as his grandpa and great grandparents with open arms in heaven.
Surviving in addition to his son are his grandparents Martha (Jim) Ashcraft and their son Charles Ashcraft, his sisters Lakein Wise (Spencer) and Adalyn Rognon, Uncle and Aunt Terry (Heather) Rognon, Aunt and Uncle Cortney (Lee) Zimmerman, Uncle and Aunt Barry (Donna) Wisecarver, as well as his stepdad Daryl Mowrer; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who loved him like family. He will be missed but never forgotten.
