A funeral service for Donald R. Wilson, 71, of Zanesville, who died unexpectedly Sunday January 11, 2004, will be held at 1:30PM Saturday January 17, 2004 at the Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home in Frazeysburg with Pastor Ben McElfresh officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethesda Church Cemetery. Mr. Wilson was born July 9, 1932 in Creston, West Vir., a son of the late Gay and Violet Wilson. He retired from Kaiser Aluminum in Newark and attended the 907 Outreach in Zanesville. He is survived by his children, Rick (Donna) Wilson of Newark, Dale (Esther) Wilson of Conesville, Lisa (Brian) Tignor of Dresden, Sandi Davis of Dresden, Kevin Wilson of Frazeysburg, Tim (Debbie) Wilson of Frazeysburg, his former wife, Elsie Holcomb of Frazeysburg, grandchildren, Daryl Wilson of Frazeysburg, Janelle Davis of Dresden, Everett Wilson of Coshocton, Rick Wilson of Coshocton, Tyler Wilson of Frazeysburg, Tina Schafer, Bobbi Hill of Newark, great grand children, Brandon Banks, Josh and Phillip Schafer, brother, Paul (Connie) Wilson of Warsaw, sister, Charlotte (Carl) Morris of Florida, a good friend of Bill Knupp of Dresden. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jessica Wilson and his wife, Lena (McFarland) Wilson. Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8PM Friday at the funeral home in Frazeysburg.
