Obituary
Donald Allen Robinson, 44, of Dresden, died unexpectedly at 11:04AM Tuesday August 31, 2010 in the Genesis Good Samaritan ER.
Mr. Robinson was born May 9, 1966 in Zanesville, a son of George (Carol) Robinson, Jr., of Trinway and Linda (Robert) McVay of Coshocton. He had worked for the Longaberger Co. for almost 30 years and was currently self-employed. Mr. Robinson was a member of Frazeysburg Lodge #490 F. &A.M, Amity Lodge in Zanesville and the Coshocton Eagles.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Sara J. (Krouskoupf) Robinson, whom he married August 7, 1999; a step-daughter, Shannon (Shawn) Tahyi of Frazeysburg; two grandchildren, Katlyn Anderson and Dylan Tahyi; a sister, Jindra (Clint) Bash of Trinway, a brother, Delbert (Traci Liggett) Robinson of Trinway; step brother and sisters, Lori (Tim) Carter of Hilliard, Max (Cathy) Paynter of Coshocton, Sandy (Jack) Ruby of Zanesville and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, George Robinson, II; grandparents, George & Hortense Robinson, Sr., Bobbi Rice and step-son, John Reed, Jr.
Friends may call 11-1PM Friday September 3, 2010 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, where funeral services will begin at 1PM with the Masonic Funeral Rite, Pastor Robert Barnes will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dresden Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
