FRAZEYSBURG â?? Dolores A. McGlaughlin, 78, of Toboso, Ohio died Sunday evening, January 24, 2010 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center operated by Hospice of Central Ohio in Newark, Ohio.
Born February 11, 1931 in Malta, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Selby D. and Alta (Murphy) Scott. Mrs. McGlaughlin was a former employee of Essex Wire Company and of Rawlings Golf and was a devoted and valued member of the Toboso Nazarene Church.
Surviving is her husband, Joseph H. McGlaughlin, whom she married June 20, 1959; one son, Daniel (Janet) Crego of Greeley, Colorado; four daughters, Charlene Knapp of Zanesville, Ohio, Debbie (Ross) Miller and Melody (Dennis) Whisner, both of Newark and Sue (Dan) Carpenter of Seymour, Indiana; two step-daughters, Jane Barker of Columbus, Ohio and Debra (Jim) Myers of Grove City, Ohio; a step-son in-law, Robert Hodge of Idaho; two brothers, Ronald (Iona) Scott and Gary (Maxine) Scott, both of Newark; twenty grandchildren; thirty-two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Herron; a step-daughter, Mary Lou Hodge and a step-son in-law, John Barker.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 10:30am Thursday, January 28, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor Margaret Miller officiating. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery.
