Obituary
NEWARK: A funeral service celebrating the life of Deborah Brewer, 58 of Newark will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010 in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Myers officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery.
Debbie died Sunday, July 25, 2010 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center. She was born April 5, 1952 in Newark to the late Kenneth M. and Lenora R. (Rine) Naylor. She was a 1970 graduate of Newark High School and had worked for the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Debbie was a member of St. Paulâ??s Evangelical Lutheran Church. She enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include Debbieâ??s loving husband, Tim Brewer, whom she married February 12, 1972; two children, Nicole Brewer and Nathan Brewer, both of Newark; grandchildren, Katlyn Brewer and Caleb Albertson; a brother, Michael Naylor and his partner Michael Grear of Kettering; special friends, Linda Martin, Phyllis Gallagher, and Donna Flack, all of Newark; several nieces and nephews; and two special companions, her dog Malone; and her cat, Judy Anne.
In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by a grandson Nickolai.
Friends and family may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 1850 W. Main Street, Newark.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice Foundation of Central Ohio, P.O. Box 430, Newark, Ohio 43058-0430. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
