David E. "Dusty" Brown, 62, of Dresden died Monday evening, November 21, 2016 at Willow Haven Nursing Home in Zanesville.

Born May 8, 1954 in Zanesville he was a son of the late Donald E. and Neva J. (Kennedy) Brown and was 1972 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He was a member of the Trinway United Methodist Church and was a former deliveryman for both Lawler's Pharmacy of Dresden and Johnston's Pharmacy of Frazeysburg. Dusty was a very avid sports fans and especially enjoyed football. His favorite teams were the Tri-Valley Scotties, The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns.

Surviving is one daughter, Heather (Terry) Rognon of Dresden; two grandchildren, Steyr and Isabella; a brother Greg Brown and a sister Robin Brown, both of Trinway and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Brown.

Calling hours will be from 11am to 1pm Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday, November 25, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Sharon Williamson officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
