FRAZEYSBURG ? Daniel Ray Shook, 51, of Newark, Ohio died at 2:30am Saturday, September 2, 2006 in Licking Memorial Hospital. Born April 29, 1955 in Zanesville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Donald and Virginia (Peck) Shook. Surviving is one brother, Michael Shook and two sisters, Joy Seibel and Jeanette Caldwell, all of Frazeysburg. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles cousins nieces and nephews and his special caregivers, Becky, Barb, Rhonda and Brittany. There will be no public calling hours or funeral service. Burial will be in the Shook Family Cemetery near Frazeysburg.
