FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Dale G. Denman, 72, of Summerfield, Florida, formerly of Licking County, will be 11:00am Thursday, October 7, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Myers officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery. Mr. Denman died Friday morning, October 1, 2004 at his home in Florida. Born October 8, 1932 in Sidney, Ohio, he was the son of the late Donivan Orman and Murrell Joy (Snyder) Denman. He was a self-employed oil well contractor and was an avid NASCAR fan. Surviving are two sons, Dennis Dale (Carla) Denman of Westerville, Ohio and Ernest Scott (Elaine) Denman of Newark; two daughters, Robin Jo (Gary) Barr of Newark and Susan Gale (Jay) Moran of Frazeysburg; eleven grandchildren; Misty (Richard) Staggers, Jennifer (Brad) Anders and Jessica Barr and of Newark, Tiffany Denman of Africa, Tricia (Brian) Bradley of New Albany, Ohio, Jeremy Denman, T. J. Moran, Sara Moran, Kiara Moran, Anthony Moran and Luie Moran, all of Frazeysburg; one great granddaughter, Abigail Denman; one brother, Harvey Denman of Kentucky; one sister, Nancy (Marion) Moran of Frazeysburg; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Tommy and Fern Garity, Mary and Gene Moody, Owana Cant and Maxine Spires, all of Summerfield, Florida. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Orman Denman and a sister, Joy Denman. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 Third Street, Frazeysburg.
